I saw an actual hydroponics at the Eden Nature Park and if my memory serves me right, somewhere in between the crocodile park and the butterfly garden here in Davao. Hydroponic plants reportedly use 90% less water than traditionally grown plants. The process is also used to enhance the nutritional value of vegetables such as lettuce and spinach.

I'm contemplating on establishing a hydrophonic farm in the Philippines. Right now, I'm in the process of evaluating it. Can I possibly know some of the potentials and limitations of hydro phonic farming? Is there a study comparing yields per year per land use between traditional and hydro phonic farming? Or, compare production cost between traditional and hydro phonic farming?

But this one i want to share with you. The location should be typhoon free or else you have to do it indoor and invest on artificial lightings and that would make it more costly. Buy 2 hectares of land somewhere in Davao or Central Mindanao...very ideal spots to grow almost everything.
